It began its operations in 2011, registered with the Ministry of Commerce under Commercial Registration No. 4650066830 under the name of Engineer Akram Al-Mawri Contracting Establishment, to carry out the construction and execution of ready-to-own residential buildings. Over fourteen years, the company has successfully completed 74 distinguished residential units. To ensure the continued excellence in construction quality and commitment to delivering residential units on time, Engineer Akram Al-Mawri Contracting Establishment was transformed into Aknan Taybah Real Estate Company — a specialized entity focused on developing fully integrated, high-quality residential units in compliance with the new Saudi Building Code, aiming to support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by increasing homeownership rates and expanding the company’s activities across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia. In 2021, the company obtained the “Etimad” Certification and was classified as an approved contractor authorized to provide all city development services, including the construction of residential and non-residential buildings such as schools, hospitals, and hotels. In the same year, the Ministry of Housing granted Aknan Taybah the Real Estate Developer Qualification Certificate (Etmam) after the company successfully met the qualification standards approved by the Ministry of Housing.
